One of the most significant challenges in the bakery industry is heat resistance. In this industry, it’s not enough that conveyor belts are efficient and meet hygienic standards. They also need to withstand constant heat and operate without delaminating. That’s why we came up with the idea for the Duratemp belt.

A major multinational consumer goods company was experiencing expensive downtime. The conveyor they were having issues with was for a cooling tunnel application for the production of deodorant and antiperspirant. The original belts were failing, and the 12 lines that were affected equated to $5,000 per line, totaling to $60,000 per hour in downtime.
