AMMdrive PRO (51mm)

The Best of All Worlds

Combines the advantages of all major belting types in one high-performance solution:

  • Self-tracking for consistent alignment
  • Positive drive eliminates slippage
  • Low tension operation reduces wear and energy usage
  • Easy-to-clean hygienic surface outperforms modular belts in hygiene

Compared to:

  • Friction driven fabric belts – no slippage, less tension, and self-tracking
  • Modular belts – same positive drive benefits without filth-trapping gaps in between modules
  • Homogeneous belts – handles up to 3x higher loads, and resists impact and cracking

A perfect choice for both new conveyor designs and retrofitting existing production lines

Non-standard lug configurations

While standard configurations like Mono, Duplex, Quattro, and Sextet cover most applications, some conveying systems demand a more customized approach. That’s where non-standard lug configurations come into play.

AMMdrive belts can be adapted with lug positions tailored to your specific conveyor layout, application, or production process. This flexibility allows for improved sprocket engagement, better load balance, and smoother operation—even in the most complex environments.

Available in both PRO and PRO Mini versions, these custom-made setups are developed in close cooperation with our technical team. With AMMdrive, your conveyor isn’t limited by standard—it’s empowered by custom.

Precise Self-Tracking in Two Reinforcing Ways

AMMdrive PRO lug technology ensures flawless belt tracking through two self-reinforcing mechanisms:

  1. Precisely Engineered Sprockets
The belt is securely locked in its upright position by a specially designed sprocket centerpiece. These sprockets maintain consistent alignment on both the drive and return shafts, eliminating misalignment at its source.
  2. Guided Support from Slider Bed Strips
Slider bed strips, positioned to engage with the drive lugs, guide the belt steadily across the full conveyor length—no extra guiding components required.

Together, these systems deliver 100% tracking accuracy, removing the need for frequent realignment or added tracking parts.

Why It Matters

Belt tracking has challenged maintenance teams since conveyors were first used. Traditional solutions—like belt guides, snub rollers, or crowned pulleys—are often inconsistent and prone to failure. Belt guides in particular can crack or detach from the belt, and in sensitive applications like food production, even a small broken piece can contaminate the product, posing serious safety risks and triggering costly recalls.

AMMdrive PRO positive drive belts:

  • Prevent misalignment-related belt damage
  • Eliminate the risk of guide-related contamination
  • Reduce downtime, repairs, and part replacement
  • Boost system reliability—no re-tracking needed
  • Maximize uptime and lower operational costs

With AMMdrive PRO, you're not just enhancing conveyor performance—you're eliminating a decades-old maintenance and safety concern with a proven, maintenance-free tracking solution.
